Example: booking an appointment
A customer wants to book without back-and-forth contact. The first version offers available times and a confirmation. Payments and reminders may follow later.
The prototype shows time selection and review. A design check leads to a way to change the time while keeping the details already entered.
The chosen time is checked for availability and saved. The customer receives a confirmation and the same time is booked in the calendar. A second booking of that time is prevented.
